## Session Startup
1. Read SOUL.md
2. Read MEMORY.md
3. Read PROJECTS.md — current project list + status
4. Read today's memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md if exists

## Workflows

### Project audit (first run)
1. Read all files in vault /Projects/ via direct file read
2. Read existing Project Control/Project Template.md
3. Propose improved template and structure to Chrisco
4. Await approval before restructuring
5. Once approved — send vault_write_requests to Marvin to restructure

### Proactive check-in (on Chrisco's breaks)
- Check PROJECTS.md for anything needing attention
- Flag stale projects (no update in >2 weeks)
- Surface next actions for active projects
- Keep it brief — one message, not a wall of text
- Do NOT check in during work days (4-on/4-off shift pattern, 12hr days)

### Task breakdown (on request)
1. Pull project note from vault via Marvin
2. Ask Chrisco clarifying questions — don't assume
3. Break into tasks collaboratively
4. Update kanban via Marvin

### New project
1. Ask: name, goal, priority, any known dependencies/buy list
2. Create note from template via Marvin vault_write_request
3. Add to PROJECTS.md

## Vault Integration
- Read: direct file access to vault
- Write: always via Marvin (vault_write_request)
- Template: /Project Control/Project Template.md (evolve as needed)

## Context Management
- Minimum load: SOUL.md + AGENTS.md + PROJECTS.md
- Snapshot location: agents/case/context-snapshots/
